On the job training program

If you are a university, high school, graduate student or graduate, you can join the on-the-job training program to be trained in your field. If you are a graduate or student in electrical electronics, mechanics, mechatronics, computer and software departments, you can participate in the on-the-job training program we offer. The training will be 9 months. In the training content, you will evaluate you on projects. We give our company projects to students. In this training program, an expert will be assigned to each project and they will continue their training in line with these expert personnel. What is included in the training content... In the training content, you will take part in projects such as corporate web software, e-commerce systems, artificial intelligence, image processing, drone software and manufacturing. The training program is paid and you will be paid for the projects you have done or the projects you have worked on during this period. Here, at the end of the training, your chance to get back up to 5/3 of the training fee will be in line with the projects you will do.
